1. Story 

Since 2013, IBI Global has been dedicated to opening doors of opportunity by empowering people to learn through technology. Our mission goes beyond teaching—it is about nurturing human potential. Through our innovative blended e-Learning solutions, we help learners build not only Business English proficiency but also the creativity and innovation skills that can shape brighter futures and stronger communities.

Guided by this vision, we established IBI School, a subsidiary devoted to reimagining how children and teenagers learn English. Our program blends self-paced learning, live interactive classrooms, and meaningful outdoor experiences—ensuring that learning is not confined to screens or walls, but connected to life itself.

This approach, known as IBI Flipped Learning, combines advanced technology with compassionate pedagogy. Inspired by the philosophy of “Education through the Knowledge of Nature,” it encourages young learners to grow not only in language but also in confidence, curiosity, and connection to the world around them.

2. The IBI Flipped Classroom: The Learning Process

At your own pace.

Students start with interactive lessons through IBI self-paced learning – eClasses – before beginning IBI live interactive classroom – eConversations. In eConversations, they collaborate with real teachers and peers for discussions, learning activities (educational games, quizzes, board games, jeopardy, etc.), and team competitions.
 
This process helps students improve their reading, listening, writing, and pronunciation skills. They can write down questions related to their eClasses lessons and get 24/7 feedback from teachers in their own space or be prepared to ask these questions during eConversations.
 
eClasses are designed based on an innovative combination of workbook and repetition methods, making learning both educational and fun for students.
 
IBI authoring tool – eTeractive makes it easier to transfer knowledge to students through real-world eLearning activities, actively engaging learners with the lessons. This approach helps students acquire lessons quickly and enjoyably.


In Class (live classroom)

Inquiry-Based Learning: Teachers, facilitated by IBI live classroom – eConversations, are typically the central focus of lessons. They respond to students’ questions directly, providing guidance and feedback. This process allows teachers to differentiate instruction and personalize learning while students work on problems.

    • Collaboration: IBI’s Cloud-based Real-Time Communication – eConversations – allows students and teachers to interact live on both personal and group levels. With powerful features and useful tools like interactive whiteboards, text chatting, and teacher-managed control options, our teachers can dynamically lead live classes through group discussions, learning activities, and team competitions.
    • Convenience: IBI’s LMS is built with a high level of automation and personalization, allowing students to enroll, choose schedules, register, and take classes independently.
    • Customization: eConversations can be customized based on your organization’s real-world challenges, helping develop productive new networks among employees.
    • Class Size: Small class sizes, with a maximum of 10 students per class, are ideal for live online learning. This setup enables stronger relationships among students and between teachers and students, promoting peer learning.
    • Combination: eConversations’ learning content is professionally designed to harmonize with eClasses, maximizing the learning experience.

Outdoor learning

The IBI Outdoor Learning Program (I-Innovation) provides students with a valuable opportunity to engage in various aspects of learning through innovation projects. This program enables students to appreciate the diversity of people and environments they encounter. It is also crucial for educators to nurture students’ joy in exploring the world beyond the classroom.

Students are encouraged to become confident and engaged learners by developing key dispositions such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination, and reflexivity.

Skill-Based Learning: Through this approach, students in the IBI Flipped Learning Program not only enhance their English skills across all areas but also cultivate innovation skills, including communication, problem-solving, design thinking, and creativity.
